I specifically focus on providing beginner courses and smaller classes.

I am committed to providing the highest level of support, guidance and education to my clients. I hope to create sessions and classes that are fun and non-intimidating, whilst building a sense of community within groups.

My classes and courses incorporate three different styles of yoga - Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin. I blend these three forms to create a diverse practice that addresses the needs and goals of each of my clients.

Vinyasa is fast paced to create heat/energy in the body. Hatha incorporates longer holds to challenge both the body and mind and Yin is a slow-paced style with postures that are held for longer periods of time.


My Yoga Qualifications

  • 200hr Teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga

  • 100hr Yin Yoga training

  • 50hrs Poppy Perinatal yoga training

I was a complete beginner when I started practicing yoga with Anna and it has quickly become the highlight of my week.
Anna is patient, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. She makes me feel very comfortable and is always full of encouragement.
Practice includes mindfulness, well being and core strength training, along with learning the many different poses.
Having one to one sessions means I get a ‘tailor made’, personal experience. I’ve learnt a great deal in only a few months and am excited to continue this journey with Anna.
