I aim to create a friendly, relaxing and totally non-intimidating environment for all my massage clients, meaning you are able to relax and feel fully comfortable each time you come for a treatment. 

Here is a bit more information about what happens after you have made your first massage booking.

You are more than welcome to visit me for a one-off treatment if you just want to give yourself some love or time out! But the stages below explain the typical journey for clients who come to me looking to address a specific injury or health concern.


Before We Meet

I have a brief phone conversation with each new client prior to your first session where we discuss the type of treatment you are looking for, I can tell you what to expect and answer any questions you may have.

Your First Session

1 hour to include 20 minute consultation & 40 minute treatment.

During the first session, we will discuss your needs in more detail and I will carry out a full consultation to learn more about whats going on in your body. I will assess your posture, movement and carry out any relevant muscle testing prior to your treatment. After your treatment, I will give you some aftercare advice.


Your Second Session

1 hour to include rehab demonstrations and discussing recommendations.

At the start of your second session, we will address any questions you may have. I will then give you any required rehab exercises based on my findings, demonstrating these and checking you are happy with them. I will also make recommendations for the best course of ongoing care. Your hands-on-treatment will then follow.

Your Treatment Plan

A course of 30, 60 or 90 minute massage treatments.

Based on your requirements, an initial course of care will then take place. This treatment plan will be tailored to your needs, but will usually start with more frequent treatments which allow us to address your concerns as effectively as possible. 

On the last session of the initial course of care, I will re-assess you, and we will then discuss together what we feel is the best route forward from there.

After the initial course, treatments are typically spread further apart (once every 2 weeks/once a month) as your body becomes stronger.

We will regularly reassess your needs and goals to ensure that I am supporting you and your development in the best possible way.
