Pregnancy Yoga in Clifton & Long Ashton

The journey through pregnancy and in to parenthood may be overwhelming. During this journey, yoga can help prepare you physically and mentally - balancing and aligning the body and emotions, softening and relaxing the body, and increasing your stamina and endurance.

Private 1:1 yoga sessions

Working with you 1:1 means that I am able to fully tailor each session based on your yoga experience, needs and energy levels. Whether you want a slow, relaxing class or a more energised athletic one, I can guide and support you through your practise.

Sessions are suitable for everyone – whether you are an experienced yogi or a complete beginner.

When Can I Start Pregnancy Yoga?

You can start yoga at any point during your pregnancy. However, your levels of yoga experience, the trimester you’re in, and how you are feeling generally will determine the ways in which I lead you into your practice.

What happens next?

Before our first session, we will arrange to meet for a drink or talk on the phone. This will give me the opportunity to tell you more about what I offer and find out about your experience and needs. Having this information in advance means we are able to get straight into the practise when you arrive for your first session, and ensures that I can design and tailor your sessions specifically for you. My Yoga Qualifications

  • 200hr Teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow yoga

  • 100hr Yin Yoga training

  • 50hrs Poppy Perinatal yoga training

Pregnancy Yoga Bookings

Pregnancy yoga sessions are available by prior arrangement at Comfort Health in Clifton and Yanley Court in Long Ashton. To book a session, please get in touch.

I was a complete beginner when I started practicing yoga with Anna and it has quickly become the highlight of my week.
Anna is patient, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. She makes me feel very comfortable and is always full of encouragement.
Practice includes mindfulness, well being and core strength training, along with learning the many different poses.
