VINYASA FLOW Classes FOR BEGINNERS

Relax and unwind with a nourishing, slow-paced Yin Yoga class at the stunning Haberfield Hall in Easton in Gordano.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin offers a beautiful contrast to the faster-paced Vinyasa/Yang styles of yoga. Classes are slow and relaxing, giving you an opportunity to calm your mind and de-stress your body.

Poses are held for longer periods (typically 3-5 minutes), allowing for slow, deep muscle release. Postures are passive floor poses that mainly work on the lower parts of the body - hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine - as these areas are rich in connective tissue. The main aim of Yin is to stretch and target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.

Yin helps to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.

Can anyone attend?
Yes - whether you are an experienced Yogi or have never been to a class before, you are very welcome to join! Variations on poses will be offered based on ability and any individual requirements.

If you have any medical issues, please inform me at the beginning of your first class.

How big are the classes?
I love teaching small groups, so limit my class size to 10 people. This means I am able to spend time assisting and observing each person, ensuring they are able to get the most out of each session.

Do I need to book in advance?
Due to the small class size, I recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
